 The online MOU ceremony was attended by Director Taitano of the University of Guam, President Kubota of Ashiya University, Principal Commercial Officer and a Commercial Specialist from the U.S. Consulate General, Osaka-Kobe who supported the sigining of the agreement.

Director of the Global Learning & Engagement Office Mr.Taitano of the University of Guam introduced the wonders of Guam in a video.

Ashiya University President Kubota spoke of our active support for more opportunities for student’s exchange.

Ms. Brittany Banta, Principal Commercial Officer, the U.S. Consulate General, Osaka-Kobe, also congratulated both universities on their future development. Both of our universities plan to actively encourage exchange students in the future.
